You are responsible for how you use the provided information and code. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Purchases and Payments
All purchases on celestinosalim.com are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the product or service selected.
3. Pro Membership — Lifetime Access
The Pro Membership is a one-time purchase that grants you unlimited, lifetime access to all current and future course content on celestinosalim.com. 'Lifetime' refers to the lifetime of the platform. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no renewal fees. Because you receive immediate and full access to all digital content upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to digital content that is delivered instantly and that you waive any right to a refund.
4. Strategy Sessions
Strategy Sessions are one-time, paid consultations delivered via video call. Once purchased, you will receive a link to schedule your session. Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. If you fail to schedule within 90 days, the session is forfeited. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are non-refundable.
5. AI Readiness Audit
The AI Readiness Audit is a fixed-price engagement scoped to a 7-calendar-day delivery timeline. The deliverable is a written roadmap document and two video calls. Scope is agreed upon before work begins. Once the engagement starts, no refunds will be issued for work already performed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on celestinosalim.com — including courses, articles, code examples, templates, and brand assets — is owned by Celestino Salim. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning and projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your account access with others.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized sharing of paid content.
