Building LangGraph agents with RAG pipelines and voice interfaces for small businesses across Latin America.
I applied the same engineering rigor behind my voice agent to a 50-year-old family car wash in Cabimas, Venezuela. An AI dirt scanner that roasts your car in maracucho dialect, a membership model built on unit economics, and a digital presence created almost entirely with AI tools, for a business that had never had a website.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Eventbrite, I engineered cross-service caching and deduplication layers that reduced external API call volume by 90%, cut costs from $15K/day to ~$40/month, and drove a 482% YoY lift in organic impressions. Later transitioned to the Ads platform where I helped sunset a $60K/month ML ranking system.
I replaced my static portfolio with a production voice agent. LiveKit for WebRTC audio, RAG for factual grounding, and tiered rate limiting to keep the unit economics viable. This is the primary CTA across my entire brand.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Eventbrite, I designed distributed indexing and sitemap pipelines using Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake that drove ~15% organic impression growth and ~$576K/yr in incremental revenue through controlled experimentation.
